I just wanted to send you an email to thank you and your incredible staff for an amazing day! Jeff and I were so pleased to meet with Gilberto on Tuesday as he was very professional and everything went perfectly throughout the day. The location was beautiful, the ladies had a great time at the spa, the transportation was very accommodating with last minute requests and the waitstaff were really top notch in their service (they even brought me something to wrap up in when in got cold at night.)
We had a terrible time getting to Mexico due to problems with our flight but once we were there your staff made our guests feel at home. Jeff and I would like to thank you for a great day!

My husband and I were married at the El Dorado Royale on September 19th, 2009. Eddie was our photographer and we LOVED him. He was friendly, professional and the pictures were so amazing...I have never had so many compliments in my life. The pictures have inspired more than one of our friends to have a destination wedding. Eddie - THANK YOU. I had a hard time holding back tears they were so beautiful. You really captured the moment better than I ever could have imagined! I would recommend him to anyone!

we were married on Feb. 17th. The gazebo looked amazing with just the white sheers and nothing else. We had two rows of seating so everyone was nice and close and our minister was great. As we exchanged our vows our bare feet were in the sand and I could barely hold back the tears as I stood in paradise marrying the man of my dreams – it was overwhelming and beautiful. I cannot say enough positive things about the experience – everything you had set up for us ran perfectly – we had no problems with the day trip, my Dad’s stay, the flowers, spa appointments, etc ….. everything ran so smoothly and I know it was largely due to all of the hard work you did before we ever arrived!
